WhatsApp authentication material is isolated per workspace. Incoming private-chat text is normally evaluated transiently to match customer-created automatic reply rules.
Human handoff and analytics
When a conversation explicitly enters human handoff, that conversation is stored encrypted for the configured retention period. Analytics retain event counts and one-way hashed contact identifiers.
